Medication interactions

Serotonergic antidepressants (including SSRIs and SNRIs such as sertraline or desvenlafaxine), MAOIs, lithium, and other psychiatric medicines can interact with psychedelics or complicate risk. Abrupt discontinuation of antidepressants or benzodiazepines can be dangerous. Any washout or regimen change must be clinician-supervised.

Legal status
